Plate Around-The-World
1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a weight plate with both hands in front of your body.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and maintain a slight bend in your elbows.
3 - Begin moving the plate in a large controlled circle around your head, passing it to one side, behind your head, and then to the opposite side.
4 - Keep your torso mostly still and avoid arching your lower back as the plate travels around your head.
5 - Return the plate to the starting position in front of your body to complete one repetition.
6 - Perform the desired number of repetitions in one direction, then repeat the same number in the opposite direction.
