Dumbbell Overhead Carry
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
2 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended.
3 - Keep your wrists stacked over your elbows and shoulders, with the dumbbells directly over your midline.
4 - Begin walking forward with controlled, steady steps while maintaining an upright torso.
5 - Keep your ribs down, avoid arching your lower back, and do not let the dumbbells drift forward or outward.
6 - Continue for the desired distance or duration, then carefully lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height before setting them down.
