Kettlebell Clean-and-Press
- 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with a kettlebell on the floor between your feet.
- 2 - Hinge at the hips and grip the kettlebell handle with one hand, keeping your back flat and core braced.
- 3 - Swing the kettlebell back slightly between your legs, then explosively drive your hips forward to initiate the clean, pulling the kettlebell upward close to your body.
- 4 - As the kettlebell rises, rotate your hand and 'catch' it in the rack position at shoulder height, with your elbow tucked close to your body and the kettlebell resting on your forearm.
- 5 - From the rack position, brace your core and press the kettlebell overhead by extending your arm fully until your bicep is near your ear.
- 6 - Lower the kettlebell back to the rack position in a controlled manner, then bring it back down to the starting position between your legs.
- 7 - Complete all reps on one side before switching to the other arm.
