Kettlebell Hang Clean
1 - Stand with your feet about hip- to shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell in one hand with your arm extended in front of your thighs.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and hinge slightly at the hips so the kettlebell moves back between your legs without rounding your back.
3 - Drive through your feet and extend your hips explosively, using the power from your lower body to pull the kettlebell upward close to your torso.
4 - As the kettlebell rises, keep your elbow close to your body and rotate your hand around the handle instead of letting the bell flip over your wrist.
5 - Catch the kettlebell softly in the front rack position with your wrist straight, elbow tucked, and the bell resting against the outside of your forearm and upper arm.
6 - Lower the kettlebell back to the hang position under control by guiding it down and hinging at the hips.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
