Double Kettlebell Snatch
- 1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and place two kettlebells on the floor slightly in front of you.
- 2 - Hinge at the hips with a flat back, grip one kettlebell in each hand, and set your shoulders down and back.
- 3 - Hike both kettlebells back between your legs while keeping your core braced and your chest facing forward.
- 4 - Explosively extend your hips, knees, and ankles to drive the kettlebells upward, keeping them close to your body.
- 5 - As the kettlebells rise, guide your hands around the handles and punch upward so the bells rotate smoothly onto the backs of your forearms.
- 6 - Finish in a stable overhead lockout with your arms straight, ribs down, and biceps close to your ears.
- 7 - Lower the kettlebells under control back through the rack or directly into the backswing, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
