Kettlebell Bottoms-Up Carry
- 1 - Stand tall with a kettlebell beside you and grip the handle firmly with one hand.
- 2 - Clean the kettlebell up to shoulder height so the bell is inverted above the handle in a bottoms-up position.
- 3 - Keep your wrist stacked directly over your elbow, elbow close to your side, and shoulder pulled down and back.
- 4 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and maintain an upright posture without leaning to either side.
- 5 - Walk forward slowly and under control for the prescribed distance or time while keeping the kettlebell stable and vertical.
- 6 - Avoid letting the wrist bend, the bell wobble excessively, or the shoulder shrug upward.
- 7 - Carefully lower the kettlebell, switch sides, and repeat for the desired distance or duration.
