Battle Rope Outside Circles
- 1 - Stand facing the anchor point with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold one rope end in each hand.
- 2 - Step back until there is light tension in the ropes, then bend your knees slightly and hinge at the hips into an athletic stance.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and hold your arms slightly in front of your body with elbows softly bent.
- 4 - Move both hands outward and around in continuous circular motions, creating large outside circles with the ropes.
- 5 - Keep the circles smooth and controlled while maintaining steady breathing and a stable torso.
- 6 - Continue for the desired duration, then slow the ropes down before stopping.
