Battle Rope Rainbows
- 1 - Anchor the battle rope securely and stand facing the anchor point with one rope end in each hand.
- 2 - Set your feet about shoulder-width apart, soften your knees, and brace your core in an athletic stance.
- 3 - Hold both rope ends together near one hip with your arms slightly bent and shoulders relaxed away from your ears.
- 4 - Sweep both arms up and across your body in a large arc, like drawing a rainbow, until the rope ends reach the opposite hip.
- 5 - Immediately reverse the motion, arcing the ropes back over to the starting side while keeping your torso controlled and hips mostly square.
- 6 - Continue alternating side to side for the desired duration, maintaining strong posture and steady breathing.
- 7 - Avoid leaning excessively or shrugging your shoulders; generate the motion through your shoulders, arms, and braced core.
