
Medicine Ball Around Head Rotation
- 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged.
- 2 - Hold a medicine ball with both hands in front of your chest.
- 3 - Lift the medicine ball overhead and begin rotating it in a circular motion around your head.
- 4 - Keep your core braced and maintain a stable, upright posture throughout the movement.
- 5 - Complete the desired number of rotations in one direction, then switch and repeat in the opposite direction.
- 6 - Move at a controlled pace, avoiding excessive leaning or tilting of the torso.
