Wall Angel
- 1 - Stand with your back against a wall, feet about 6–12 inches away from the wall, and knees slightly bent.
- 2 - Gently press your lower back, upper back, head, and shoulders toward the wall while keeping your ribs down.
- 3 - Place your arms against the wall in a goalpost position with elbows bent about 90 degrees and palms facing forward.
- 4 - Slowly slide your arms upward along the wall as far as you can while maintaining contact with the wall and avoiding shrugging.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top, then slide your arms back down to the starting position under control.
- 6 - Move slowly and only through a comfortable range of motion without forcing your shoulders or arching your back.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
