TRX Y-Raise
1 - Anchor the TRX straps securely above head height and hold one handle in each hand with your palms facing each other.
2 - Face the anchor point and walk your feet forward so your body leans back at a slight angle with arms extended in front of you.
3 - Brace your core, keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, and avoid shrugging your shoulders.
4 - Pull your arms upward and outward into a Y shape, leading with your thumbs and keeping your elbows mostly straight.
5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades down and back at the top, then pause briefly with control.
6 - Lower yourself back to the starting position slowly while maintaining tension in the straps.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, adjusting foot position to increase or decrease difficulty.
