Kettlebell Front Raise
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one or both hands with an overhand grip, arms hanging down in front of your thighs.
2 - Engage your core, keep your chest tall, and maintain a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement.
3 - With a controlled motion, raise the kettlebell(s) straight out in front of you to shoulder height, keeping your wrists neutral.
4 - Pause briefly at the top of the movement, ensuring your shoulders are not shrugging and your torso remains upright.
5 - Slowly lower the kettlebell(s) back to the starting position in a controlled manner, resisting the pull of gravity.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining steady breathing — exhale as you lift, inhale as you lower.
