Battle Rope Alternating Waves
- 1 - Anchor the battle rope securely and stand facing the anchor point with one end of the rope in each hand.
- 2 - Position your feet about shoulder-width apart, bend your knees slightly, and brace your core with your chest up.
- 3 - Hold the rope handles with a neutral grip and keep your elbows slightly bent.
- 4 - Rapidly lift one arm while lowering the other arm to create alternating waves through the ropes.
- 5 - Continue alternating your arms rhythmically while keeping your torso stable and avoiding excessive leaning or twisting.
- 6 - Maintain a strong athletic stance and breathe steadily for the desired duration.
- 7 - Slow down and lower the ropes under control before stopping.
