Assault Bike
- 1 - Sit on the Assault Bike seat and adjust it so your legs have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
- 2 - Place your feet securely on the pedals and grip the moving handles at roughly shoulder height with a firm, neutral grip.
- 3 - Sit tall with your core braced, chest up, and back straight — avoid hunching forward.
- 4 - Begin pedaling with your legs while simultaneously pushing and pulling the handles to engage your upper body.
- 5 - Drive through the pedals with power while coordinating your arm pushes and pulls in sync with your leg movements.
- 6 - Maintain a steady, controlled breathing rhythm — exhale on the push effort, inhale on the recovery phase.
- 7 - Continue for the desired duration, distance, or calorie target, adjusting your intensity as needed.
