Medicine Ball Overhead Throw
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands.
- 2 - Brace your core and raise the medicine ball overhead with your arms extended but not locked.
- 3 - Slightly bend your knees and hips to load your lower body while keeping your chest lifted.
- 4 - Explosively extend your hips, knees, and ankles while driving the ball forward and overhead.
- 5 - Release the ball at full extension, throwing it as powerfully as possible toward a wall or open target area.
- 6 - Retrieve the ball safely, reset your stance, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
