Sled Chest Press
- 1 - Load the sled with an appropriate weight and position yourself facing the sled handles or upright posts.
- 2 - Place both hands on the handles at chest height with your arms bent, elbows slightly below shoulder level, and wrists neutral.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and set your feet in a staggered or athletic stance.
- 4 - Drive through your legs while pressing the sled forward with your chest, shoulders, and triceps until your arms are nearly extended.
- 5 - Take short, controlled steps forward while maintaining a strong torso and steady pressure through your hands.
- 6 - Continue pushing for the prescribed distance or duration, then slow the sled under control before stopping.
- 7 - Avoid letting your lower back arch excessively or your shoulders shrug toward your ears.
