Ring Chest Press
- 1 - Set the rings at about waist to chest height and stand facing away from the anchor point.
- 2 - Grip the rings with a neutral grip and extend your arms in front of your chest, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- 3 - Step your feet back to create the desired difficulty; the more horizontal your body is, the harder the exercise becomes.
- 4 - Brace your core and glutes, then lower your chest between the rings by bending your elbows while keeping the rings close to your body.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the bottom with your shoulders controlled and elbows slightly below chest level.
- 6 - Press through the rings to straighten your arms and return to the starting position without letting the rings drift outward.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a stable torso and controlled ring position.
