
Dumbbell Bench Press Alternating
- 1 - Lie flat on a bench with your feet firmly planted on the ground, holding a dumbbell in each hand at chest level with palms facing forward.
- 2 - Press both dumbbells up to the starting position with arms fully extended above your chest.
- 3 - Lower one dumbbell in a controlled motion toward your chest while keeping the other arm extended at the top.
- 4 - Press the lowered dumbbell back up to the starting position until your arm is fully extended.
- 5 - Immediately lower the opposite dumbbell toward your chest in the same controlled manner while keeping the other arm extended.
- 6 - Press the second dumbbell back up to complete one full repetition.
- 7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a stable and controlled movement throughout.
