Suspended Push-Up
1 - Attach TRX straps or rings to a secure anchor point at approximately chest height.
2 - Grip the handles with both hands, palms facing down, and walk your feet back until your body forms a straight line from head to heels at an angle.
3 - Engage your core, squeeze your glutes, and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
4 - Slowly lower your chest toward the handles by bending your elbows outward at roughly 45 degrees, keeping your body rigid and straight.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom when your chest is level with your hands, feeling the stretch across your chest.
6 - Press through your palms to extend your arms and return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining full-body tension throughout each rep.
