Wall Push-Up
1 - Stand facing a wall with your feet hip-width apart, about an arm’s length away from the wall.
2 - Place your hands flat on the wall at chest height, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
3 - Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels and brace your core.
4 - Bend your elbows and lower your chest toward the wall in a controlled motion.
5 - Pause briefly when your chest is close to the wall, keeping your elbows angled slightly down and back.
6 - Press through your palms to straighten your arms and return to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
