Exercise Ball Dead Bug
- 1 - Lie on your back with your knees bent to 90 degrees and your hips stacked over your pelvis.
- 2 - Hold an exercise ball between your hands and knees, gently pressing into the ball to create tension.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your lower back lightly pressed into the floor without arching.
- 4 - Slowly extend one arm overhead while extending the opposite leg forward, keeping the ball stable with the remaining hand and knee.
- 5 - Pause briefly when your arm and leg are fully extended, then return to the starting position with control.
- 6 - Repeat on the opposite side, alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
- 7 - Move slowly and stop the range of motion if your lower back begins to lift off the floor.
