Seated Medicine Ball Twist
- 1 - Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat or slightly lifted for a greater challenge.
- 2 - Hold a medicine ball with both hands close to your chest.
- 3 - Lean your torso back slightly while keeping your spine tall and core engaged.
- 4 - Rotate your torso to one side and bring the medicine ball toward the floor beside your hip.
- 5 - Rotate through your core to the opposite side, moving the ball in a controlled arc.
- 6 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or time.
- 7 - Avoid rounding your back or using only your arms; keep the movement driven by torso rotation.
