Cable Russian Twist
1 - Set a cable pulley to about chest height and attach a single handle or rope attachment.
2 - Stand sideways to the cable machine with your feet about shoulder-width apart and grasp the handle with both hands.
3 - Step away from the machine to create cable tension, then extend your arms in front of your chest with a slight bend in the elbows.
4 - Brace your core, keep your hips stable, and rotate your torso away from the cable machine in a controlled motion.
5 - Pause briefly at the end of the rotation, then slowly return to the starting position without letting the weight pull you out of position.
6 - Complete the desired number of repetitions on one side, then turn around and repeat on the other side.
