Roman Chair Twist
1 - Position yourself on the Roman chair with your hips supported on the pad and your feet securely anchored under the foot supports.
2 - Cross your arms over your chest or place your hands lightly behind your head without pulling on your neck.
3 - Brace your core and maintain a tall, controlled posture with your spine neutral.
4 - Rotate your torso slowly to one side, turning through your upper back and core while keeping your hips stable.
5 - Return to the center, then rotate to the opposite side in a controlled motion.
6 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, avoiding excessive momentum or arching through the lower back.
