Kettlebell Side Bend
1 - Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand at your side with a firm grip.
2 - Place your free hand gently behind your head or on your hip for balance and reference.
3 - Keeping your core engaged and your back straight, slowly bend laterally to the side holding the kettlebell, allowing it to lower toward your knee.
4 - Bend only as far as your flexibility allows without rotating your torso or leaning forward or backward.
5 - Contract the obliques on the opposite side to pull your torso back up to the upright starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Complete all desired repetitions on one side before switching the kettlebell to the other hand and repeating.
