Cable Side Bend
1 - Attach a single handle to a low cable pulley and stand sideways next to the machine.
2 - Hold the handle with the hand closest to the cable stack and stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
3 - Keep your arm straight, chest lifted, shoulders square, and core braced.
4 - Slowly bend your torso away from the cable by flexing at the side of your waist, allowing the weight to provide resistance.
5 - Contract your obliques to return your torso to an upright position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
