Toe Touch Crunch
1 - Lie on your back on the floor with your legs extended straight up toward the ceiling.
2 - Extend your arms upward so your hands are reaching toward your toes.
3 - Brace your core and keep your lower back pressed gently into the floor.
4 - Crunch upward by lifting your head, shoulders, and upper back off the floor while reaching your hands toward your toes.
5 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze your abdominal muscles.
6 - Lower your upper body back to the floor in a controlled motion without relaxing your core completely.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping the movement controlled and avoiding momentum.
