Heel Tap
1 - Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and arms extended by your sides.
2 - Engage your core and slightly lift your head, shoulders, and upper back off the floor while keeping your lower back controlled.
3 - Reach your right hand toward your right heel by bending sideways through your torso.
4 - Return to the center with control, then reach your left hand toward your left heel.
5 - Continue alternating sides while keeping your core braced and avoiding excessive neck tension.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
