Cable Dead Bug
1 - Set a cable pulley to a low position and attach a straight bar, rope, or two handles.
2 - Lie on your back facing away from the machine, holding the attachment with both hands and your arms extended over your chest.
3 - Lift your knees over your hips with your knees bent to about 90 degrees, and brace your core by gently pressing your lower back toward the floor.
4 - Keeping the cable tension steady and your arms fixed, slowly extend one leg forward until it hovers just above the floor.
5 - Pause briefly without allowing your lower back to arch or your ribs to flare.
6 - Bring the leg back to the starting position, then repeat on the opposite side.
7 - Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining controlled breathing and constant core tension.
