Frog Crunch
1 - Lie on your back with your knees bent out to the sides and the soles of your feet pressed together in a frog-leg position.
2 - Let your knees relax outward while keeping your lower back gently pressed toward the floor.
3 - Place your hands lightly behind your head or across your chest without pulling on your neck.
4 - Exhale and contract your abs to lift your head, shoulders, and upper back off the floor.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your chin slightly tucked and your core engaged.
6 - Inhale as you lower back down with control, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
