Machine Ab Crunch
1 - Sit on the ab crunch machine and select the appropriate weight on the stack.
2 - Place your feet flat on the floor or under the foot pads, depending on the machine design.
3 - Grasp the handles or position your arms behind the padded arm rests at shoulder height.
4 - Engage your core and begin the movement by flexing your spine, crunching your torso downward toward your hips.
5 - Contract your abdominals fully at the bottom of the movement, holding for a brief moment.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position in a controlled manner, allowing a slight stretch in the abs without fully releasing tension.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
