Oblique Crunches
1 - Lie on your back on a flat surface or exercise mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2 - Place your hands lightly behind your head with your elbows pointing out to the sides, avoiding pulling on your neck.
3 - Engage your core and rotate your torso, bringing your right elbow toward your left knee while extending your right leg slightly outward.
4 - Squeeze your obliques at the top of the movement and hold for a brief moment.
5 - Slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat the movement on the opposite side, bringing your left elbow toward your right knee to complete one full rep.
7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining controlled breathing throughout.
