Cable Crunch
1 - Attach a rope handle to a high pulley and kneel facing the cable machine.
2 - Grip the rope with both hands and position the handles near the sides of your head or upper chest.
3 - Keep your hips mostly fixed and allow your torso to start upright with slight tension on the cable.
4 - Brace your core, then crunch your ribcage down toward your pelvis by flexing your spine.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom while squeezing your abdominal muscles.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position under control without letting the weight stack slam down.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
