Cable Oblique Crunch
1 - Attach a rope handle to a high pulley on a cable machine and select an appropriate weight.
2 - Stand or kneel sideways to the machine, holding the rope near the side of your head with both hands.
3 - Brace your core and keep your hips stable, avoiding rotation through the lower body.
4 - Crunch your torso down and slightly toward the hip on the working side by contracting your obliques.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom while keeping tension on the cable.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position under control without letting the weight stack slam down.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
