Band Split Squat
1 - Place the center of a resistance band under the front foot and hold the ends at shoulder height or by your sides with tension on the band.
2 - Step the opposite foot back into a staggered split stance, keeping your feet hip-width apart for balance.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and maintain a neutral spine.
4 - Lower your back knee toward the floor by bending both knees, keeping the front knee tracking in line with the toes.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom, then press through the heel and midfoot of the front foot to return to the starting position.
6 - Complete the desired number of repetitions on one side, then switch legs and repeat.
