TRX Split Squat
1 - Stand facing away from the TRX anchor point with one foot on the floor and the other foot placed in both TRX foot cradles behind you.
2 - Hop or step forward slightly until your rear leg is extended behind you and your front foot is firmly planted.
3 - Keep your torso tall, core braced, shoulders relaxed, and front knee aligned over your toes.
4 - Lower your body by bending your front knee and hip, allowing the suspended rear leg to move backward and downward naturally.
5 - Descend until your front thigh is roughly parallel to the floor or as low as your mobility and control allow.
6 - Press through the heel and midfoot of your front leg to return to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
