Russian Twist
1 - Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat, keeping your torso upright.
2 - Lean back slightly until your core engages while maintaining a straight spine and lifted chest.
3 - Clasp your hands together in front of your chest, or hold a light weight if desired.
4 - Brace your core and rotate your torso to one side, bringing your hands toward the floor beside your hip.
5 - Rotate back through the center and twist to the opposite side in a controlled motion.
6 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
7 - Avoid rounding your lower back or using momentum; keep the movement controlled and driven by your core.
