Captain's Chair Knee Raise
- 1 - Position yourself in the captain's chair with your back pressed firmly against the back pad and your forearms resting on the arm pads.
- 2 - Grip the handles securely and allow your legs to hang straight down with your feet together.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your shoulders down and stable throughout the movement.
- 4 - Raise your knees toward your chest in a controlled motion, avoiding swinging or using momentum.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while contracting your abdominal muscles.
- 6 - Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
