Mirror Drill
1 - Set up a small training area and stand facing a partner in an athletic stance with knees slightly bent, hips back, chest up, and hands ready.
2 - Designate one person as the leader and the other as the mirror.
3 - The leader moves laterally, forward, backward, or diagonally using quick shuffle steps while staying inside the training area.
4 - The mirror reacts instantly and matches the leader’s movements as closely as possible without crossing the feet or standing upright.
5 - Keep the core braced, stay light on the balls of the feet, and maintain balance during each change of direction.
6 - Continue for the prescribed time, then switch roles and repeat.
7 - Focus on quick reactions, controlled footwork, and staying low throughout the drill.
