Wall Sit Single-Leg
- 1 - Stand with your back against a wall and your feet about hip-width apart, positioned 1–2 feet away from the wall.
- 2 - Slide down the wall until your working knee is bent to about 90 degrees, keeping your back flat against the wall.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your chest upright while pressing your working foot firmly into the floor.
- 4 - Lift one foot off the ground and extend that leg forward, keeping your hips level and your working knee aligned over your ankle.
- 5 - Hold the position without letting your hips shift, your knee cave inward, or your back come away from the wall.
- 6 - Maintain the hold for the desired duration, then switch legs and repeat.
