Cable Kneeling Crunch
1 - Attach a rope handle to a high cable pulley and select an appropriate weight.
2 - Kneel facing the cable machine, holding one end of the rope on each side of your head near your temples or shoulders.
3 - Position your hips slightly back, keep your knees grounded, and brace your core before starting.
4 - Crunch your torso downward by flexing your spine, bringing your elbows toward your thighs while keeping your hips mostly stationary.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom and squeeze your abdominal muscles.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position with control, allowing your torso to rise without fully relaxing your core.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
