Machine Torso Rotation
1 - Sit on the torso rotation machine and adjust the seat height so that the pivot point of the machine aligns with your spine.
2 - Place your arms or elbows against the padded arm rests as directed by the machine design, keeping your back flat against the seat.
3 - Secure your lower body by pressing your feet flat on the footrests and engaging your core.
4 - Slowly rotate your torso to one side as far as comfortably possible, feeling the stretch and contraction in your obliques.
5 - Pause briefly at the end of the range of motion, then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat the rotation to the opposite side for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a slow and controlled tempo throughout.
