Heel Touches
1 - Lie flat on your back on a mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
2 - Extend your arms straight down along your sides, parallel to your torso.
3 - Slightly raise your head and shoulders off the mat to engage your core and obliques.
4 - Reach your right hand down toward your right heel by laterally crunching to the right side.
5 - Return to the center and immediately reach your left hand down toward your left heel by laterally crunching to the left side.
6 - Continue alternating sides in a controlled, rhythmic motion for the desired number of repetitions.
