TRX Squat
1 - Stand facing the TRX anchor point and hold one handle in each hand with your palms facing inward.
2 - Step back until the straps are lightly tensioned, then position your feet about shoulder-width apart.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, and maintain a neutral spine.
4 - Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower into a squat, using the TRX only for balance and light assistance.
5 - Lower until your thighs are about parallel to the floor or as far as your mobility allows while keeping your heels down.
6 - Drive through your feet to stand back up, squeezing your glutes at the top.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
