Weighted Crunch
1 - Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2 - Hold a weight securely against your chest or slightly above your upper chest with both hands.
3 - Brace your core and keep your lower back in contact with the floor.
4 - Curl your shoulders and upper back off the floor by contracting your abdominal muscles.
5 - Pause briefly at the top without pulling on your neck or using momentum.
6 - Lower your upper back to the floor in a controlled motion.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
