Medicine Ball Rotational Throw
1 - Stand sideways to a solid wall or partner, feet shoulder-width apart, with the medicine ball held at hip level on the side away from the wall.
2 - Engage your core and initiate the movement by rotating your hips and torso toward the wall, transferring weight from your back foot to your front foot.
3 - As your hips and torso rotate explosively, extend your arms and release the medicine ball toward the wall or partner with maximum power.
4 - Catch the ball as it rebounds (or receive it from your partner) and decelerate the movement by rotating back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
5 - Reset your stance and repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
