Adiletix - Landmine 180s - Step-by-Step Guide
Landmine 180s
1 - Load one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or secure it in a corner of the room.
2 - Stand facing the loaded end of the barbell with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
3 - Grip the end of the bar with both hands interlocked, arms extended in front of you at chest height.
4 - Brace your core and rotate your torso to one side, swinging the bar in an arc until it is beside your hip on that side.
5 - Drive through your core and reverse the motion, swinging the bar in a wide arc across your body to the opposite hip.
6 - Keep your hips as stable as possible throughout the movement, allowing only your torso to rotate.
7 - Continue alternating from side to side in a controlled and rhythmic manner for the desired number of repetitions.
