Barbell Landmine Rotation
- 1 - Secure one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or wedge it firmly into a corner of the room.
- 2 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, facing the free end of the barbell, with a slight bend in your knees.
- 3 - Clasp both hands together around the sleeve of the barbell, holding it out in front of you at chest height with arms slightly extended.
- 4 - Brace your core and keep your hips squared forward throughout the movement.
- 5 - In a controlled arc, rotate the barbell to one side by pivoting through your torso, allowing the trailing heel to lift slightly as you rotate.
- 6 - Drive back through the core to sweep the barbell in a wide arc to the opposite side, maintaining control throughout.
- 7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, keeping your movements smooth and controlled.
