Tuck Front Lever
1 - Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width, arms fully extended.
2 - Engage your shoulders by pulling them down and back, and brace your core before lifting your legs.
3 - Tuck your knees toward your chest while keeping your arms straight and elbows locked.
4 - Lean your torso back and lift your hips until your back is nearly parallel to the floor.
5 - Maintain a rounded tuck position with your knees close to your chest, core tight, and lats actively engaged.
6 - Hold the position for the desired duration without swinging, then lower yourself under control.
