Prayer Stretch
1 - Kneel on the floor and sit your hips back toward your heels.
2 - Reach both arms forward on the floor with your palms down and elbows straight or slightly bent.
3 - Lower your chest toward the floor while keeping your hips moving back to create a stretch through your shoulders, lats, and upper back.
4 - Relax your neck and keep your breathing slow and controlled.
5 - Hold the stretch for the desired duration without bouncing.
6 - To deepen the stretch, gently walk your hands farther forward or slightly to one side to target each lat individually.
7 - Return to the starting position slowly.
